Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of DWI, flee to elude arrest, driving while license revoked, possession of schedule VI, disturbing the peace and two counts of resisting a public officer.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of attempted murder.
  • Amanda Bartlett reported an incident of larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests
  • Crystal Gladette Bowers, age 50, of Smith St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for obtain property by false pretense. She received a $2,500 unsecured bond.
  • Sergio Antonio Quirino, age 32, of Jones Radiator Rd. in Forest City, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received written promise to appear.
  • James Davis Melton, Jr., age 27, of Popular St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $350 secured bond.
  • Roger Ryan Swink, age 26, of Newton Cole Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with driving while license revoked. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
  • Chad Lee Short, age 41, of Seaboard Dr. in Ellenboro, was arrested on a child support warrant. He received a $1,500 cash bond.
  • Brandon Gerard Holland, age 23, of Harmon St. in Forest City, was arrested for DWI, flee to elude arrest, driving while license revoked, and two counts of resisting a public officer. He received a $6,000 secured bond.
  • Tavon Alan Murray, age 29, of Old Caroleen Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Eric Javon Mayse, age 33, of Cromer St. in Charlotte, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
