Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of recovered stolen property.
  • An employee of RHA Health Services reported an incident of trespassing, damage to property and assault on a female.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of resisting arrest and misuse of 911 emergency communications.
  • Sammy Martin reported an incident of assault on a handicapped person.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule VI.
  • An employee of Quick Pantry reported an incident of larceny.
  • An employee of the Forest City Housing Authority reported an incident of trespassing.

Arrests
  • Wesley Glen Thompson, age 25, of McMurray Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on warrants for probation violation and interfering with an electronic monitoring device. He received a $25,000 secured bond.
  • Tamara Lynetta Lipscomb, age 38, of McArthur St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for communicating threats. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Franklin Kyle Bailey, age 25, of Cherry Mtn. St. in Forest City, was served with a show cause order for failure to pay fines. No bond.
  • Joe Matthew Stanley Henson, age 19, of Stonecutter St. in Spindale, was arrested for driving while impaired, provisional licensee, hit and run, and failure to reduce speed. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Kiana Shaunta Hampton, age 22, of Flack Rd., was arrested for resisting arrest and misuse of 911 emergency communications. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Cassandra Renee Hannon, age 45, of Bridges Dr. in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule VI. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Damonte Malik Hannon, age 23, of Bridges Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny of lottery tickets. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Danny Tylor Dewberry, age 26, of Riverhills Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing and assault on a handicapped person. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Patty Lynn Skipper, age 31, of Harris Henrietta Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 secured bond.
