Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia, fictitious license and failure to appear.
• Larry Miller reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.
• An employee of Dollar General reported an incident of larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Arrests

• Hunter Eugene Blackwell, age 18, of Wiseman St. in Henrietta, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
• Shannon Jean Rudisill, age 36, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, fictitious license and failure to appear. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Mazhar Hussain Najmuddin, age 61, of Terry Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He received a written promise to appear.
