Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II, possession of marijuana and possession of a firearm by a felon.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests

• Dan Twitty, age 54, of Florida Avenue in Spindale, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Dillion Shane McMahan, age 19, of W. Trade St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
• Angela Gibbons Jenkins, age 49, of W. Trade St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule II, possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm by a felon and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Archie Carlton Miller, age 58, of Maryland Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for disorderly conduct and communicating threats. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
