Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule VI with intent to manufacture and possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrest of Pye)
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule VI, mirror violation and no operator's license. (See arrest of Hampton)
  • An employee of PNC Bank reported an incident of attempting to obtain money by false pretenses.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule VI with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver, possession of schedule IV with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrest of Hamilton)
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrest of Queen)

Arrests
  • Matthew Brent Pye, age 33, of Holland St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule VI with intent to manufacture and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Gregory Franklin Hampton, age 25, of Birdsong Lane in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule VI, mirror violation and no operator's license. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Rashead Tashon Hamilton, age 20, of Wilkins St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule VI with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver, possession of schedule IV with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and also served with warrants for assault on a female, communicating threats and injury to personal property. He received an $8,000 secured bond.
  • Isaiah Oshawn Twitty, age 17, of Old Castle Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for misdemeanor larceny. He received a $500 unsecured bond.
  • Justin Daniel Queen, age 29, of Stardust Circle in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and also served with a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $2,100 secured bond.
