Arrests
  • Rickey Green, age 39, of Wells Dr. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for larceny for motor fuel. No bond.
  • Charles Travis Stuart, age 47, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Lance Brett Ludwig, age 46 of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
  • Teresa Nicole Hollifield, age 26, of Snowball Drive in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $50,000 secured bond.
  • Benton Albert Mitchell, Jr., age 48, of Calhoun Trail in Rutherfordton, was arrested on warrants for burglary and damage to property. He received a $20,000 secured bond.
