- Brent Cook reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.
- Shania Anderson reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.

- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrests of Helms and McClure)
- Timothy Littlejohn reported an incident of breaking and entering, tampering with a water meter, interfering with electrical service and damage to property.
- An employee of Cell Repair 4 Less reported an incident of breaking and entering, larceny and damage to property.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of child abuse and indecent liberties with a minor.
Arrests
- Tabitha Rene Trudel, age 20, of U.S. Hwy 221 in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana. She received a written promise to appear.
- Anthony Michael Montanez, age 25, of S. Broadway St. in Forest City, was arrested for DWI and driving left of center. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
- April Annette McClure, age 35, of Newton Cole Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and also served with a fugitive warrant from South Carolina. She received a $27,000 secured bond.
- Megan Elizabeth Helms, age 27, of Alden Court in Rutherfordton, was arrested for of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $2,000 secured bond.
- Joseph Zackary Malone, age 22, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female second degree trespassing and failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
- Joshua Glen Roper, age 22, of Commercial Dr. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
