Arrests
  • Christopher Sean Ruppe, age 26, of Utah St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Danny Andrew Newton, age 31, of Race Path Church Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for criminal trespass. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Teresa Danielle Toney, age 20, of Gunns Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 secured bond.
  • Shelby O’Neal Ross, age 30, of LeGrand St. in Shelby, was arrested on warrants from Cleveland County for breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen goods and probation violation. He was transferred into the custody of Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office.
  • Richard Manuel Littlejohn, age 53 of Marshall St. in Forest City, was arrested for habitual larceny. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Jay William Hamrick, age 46, of Necktie Thompson Rd. in Bostic, was arrested on a warrant for cyberstalking. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Trey Anthony McEntire, age 24, of Big Springs Ave. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $300 cash bond.

  • Nicholas Dale Bradley, age 21, of Piney Mtn. Church Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • Ronald William Griffis, age 19, of Hudlow Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule IV. He received a $500 secured bond.
