Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of tampering with a utility meter.
  • Maxine White reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests
  • Randall Kevin Carswell, age 43, of Reid St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for violation of release conditions. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Anderson Jamal McKinney, age 22, of Duke St. in Forest City, was served with a notice of hearing. No bond.
  • Randall Kevin Carswell, age 43, of Reid St. in Forest City, was arrested for communicating threats. He received a $2,000 unsecured bond.
  • Roger Cornelius Smith, age 53, of Oak Springs Road in Forest City, was arrested for violation of a domestic violence protection order. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Craig Michael McCullom, age 42, of Crestview St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $50,000 secured bond.
  • Elizabeth Jean Robinson, age 39, of Lambs Grill Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Arnold Warren Beaver, age 56, of Owens St. in Ellenboro, was arrested for larceny/shoplifting. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
