Arrests
  • David Gray Martin, age 24, of Carolina Avenue in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule VI. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Mae Ellenor Lynch, age 59, of Laurel Hill Dr. in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Stephon Jamah Logan, age 27, of Maple Creek Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for communicating threats. He received a $2,500 unsecured bond.
  • Darlene Wright Dupree, age 59, of Golden Oaks Lane in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Calvin Grady Byers, age 53, of Spindale St. in Spindale, was arrested for larceny, and second degree trespassing. He received a $2,100 secured bond.
  • Christopher Isaiah Whiteside, age 34, of Dogwood Lane in Forest City, was arrested on four orders of arrest. He received a $58,000 secured bond.
