Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Andrew Tolomeo reported an incident of assault.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.
• Marsha Greene reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of second degree trespassing and concealment of merchandise.

Arrests

• Jacob James Trainer, age 33, of Shadowgate Dr. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
• Donald Lee Hall, age 62, of Bostic Sunshine Hwy. in Bostic, was arrested for assault. He received a written promise to appear.
• Wendy Ann Potter, age 38, of Green St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $2,000 secured bond.
• Allison Mae Craft, age 27, of N. Glenn St. in Ellenboro, was arrested for second degree trespassing and concealment of merchandise. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
• George Randall Camp, age 27, of Piney Mtn. Church Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested on warrants for resisting a public officer, probation violations and failure to appear. He received a $12,000 secured bond.
