Arrests
  • Kenneth Brian Phillips, age 56, of Bellview St. in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering into a motor vehicle. He received a $20,000 secured bond.
  • John Emmanuel Knight III, age 50, of Third St. in Forest City, was arrested for solicitation of alms and possession of schedule II. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
