Incidents
  • Teodoro Velazco reported an incident of larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a dwelling for drugs and possession of schedule VI.
  • Gregory Roberts reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.

Arrests

  • Nicholas Scott Baker, age 22, of Forest St. in Forest City, was arrested for manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a dwelling for drugs and possession of schedule VI. He received a $25,000 secured bond.
  • Bridget Danielle Walker, age 25, of Forest St. in Forest City, was arrested for maintaining a dwelling for drugs. She received a $15,000 secured bond.
  • Brent William Hankinson, age 32, of Broyhill Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for violation of a valid protection order. He received a 48 hour hold.
