Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of a found property.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of Café at the Mall reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of DWI.

Arrests

• Tisha Jolene Smith, age 38, of Victory Lane in Mill Springs, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
• Makism Vasil Kondor, age 30, of Barnett St. in Lyman, SC, was arrested for DWI. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
