Arrests

  • Kavon Cordae Price, age 22, of Gypsy St. in Forest City, was arrested for damage to property. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Nova Lani Martin, age 33, of US 64/74 Hey in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Alisha Audrey Wilhide, age 34, of Amity Dr. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for school attendance law violation. No bond.
  • Bertha Robertson Moore, age 49, of Cable Tower Rd. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for school attendance law violation. No bond.
  • James Eric Price, age 23, of RSW Trail in Forest City, was arrested for possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
  • Nytia Xiang Smith, age 28, of Old Castle Lane in Forest City, was arrested for selling marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Tyler Lee Beck, age 20, of NC Hwy 120 in Mooresboro, was arrested for contributing to the delinquency and neglect of a minor. He received a $20,000 secured bond.
  • Jason Reece Hamrick, age 39, of Wall Avenue in Shelby, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $25,000 secured bond.
  • Joshua Kane Toney, age 33, of E. College Manor in Shelby, was arrested for possession of marijuana. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
