Incidents
  • Margaret Figueroa reported an incident of assault on a female.
  • An employee of Ingle's reported an incident of larceny.
  • An employee of Drop In #2 reported an incident of larceny.
  • An employee of Waffle House reported an incident of damage to property.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of a counterfeit instrument.

Arrests
  • Michael Lane Sutton, age 58, of Longview Dr. in Spartanburg, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Tammy Jean Robbins, age 50, of Holly Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for harassing phone calls and first degree trespassing. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Lori McKinney Toms, age 44, of Old Stonecutter Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received $500 secured bond.
  • Denikka Michele Simpson, age 35, of Crestview St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of a counterfeit instrument. She received $5,000 secured bond.
  • Jayme Helen Bradshaw, age 29, of Brandy Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received $500 secured bond.
