Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of recovered stolen property.
• An employee of Bended Knee Produce reported an incident of larceny. (See arrests of Teal and Wortman)

Arrests

• Michelle Bradley Wortman, age 28, of Groce St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
• Jimmy Ray Teal, age 44, of Groce St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
• Cassandra Dawn Dobbins, age 25, of Amity Dr. in Forest City, was served with a notice of hearing. No bond.
