Incidents

Arrests
  • Kyle Franklin Bailey, age 25, of Cherry Mtn. St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule II. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
  • Norris Lewis Westall, age 45, of Marion, was arrested for possession of schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Margaret Marie Ray, age 37, of W. Spruce St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Prema Jyoti Benson, age 36, of Davis Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Misty Marie Parks, age 37, of Delmar Avenue in Bostic, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 secured bond.
  • Darien Akeil Brown, age 16, of Dogwood Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for common law robbery. He received a $20,000 secured bond.
  • Bethany Lyn Conrad, age 25, of Kilby Lane in Shelby, was arrested on six warrants for failure to appear. She received a $32,500 secured bond.
