Incidents

• Christopher Ruppe reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.
• Maricio Rojas reported an incident of assault inflicting serious bodily injury. (See arrest of Franklin)
• An employee of Burkes Outlet reported an incident of removal of an anti-theft device and larceny. (See arrest of Toney)
• An employee of Ingle's reported an incident of larceny. (See arrest of Toms)
• An employee of Mighty Dollar reported an incident of damage to property.

Arrests

• Rahkim Tashiem Franklin, age 22, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested for assault inflicting serious injury. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Donnis Bumgarner Toms, age 61, of Bethany Church Rd. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
• Candace Meagan Toney, age 31, of Springfield Drive in Forest City, was arrested removal of an anti-theft device and larceny. She received a $4,000 secured bond.
