Arrests

• Anthony Ray Melton, age 33, of Harrill Dairy Rd. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
• Kandi Ann Austin, age 67, of Gun Club Rd. in Bostic, was arrested for larceny. She received a $500 secured bond.
