Arrests
- Brandon Lavar Harrison, age 30, of Clay St in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for child support. He received a $450 secured bond.
- Hykein Wayna Edgerton, age 17, of N Cleghorn St in Rutherfordton, was arrested for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
- Gavin Franklin Lovelace, age 18, of Chilli Bowl Rd in Rutherfordton, was arrested for Possession of Alcohol under 21. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
- Avery Jonathan Parker, age 22, of Whitesides Rd in Forest City, was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant. He received a $25,000 secured bond.
- Rashead Tashon Hamilton, age 21, of Wilkins St in Forest City, was arrested for Possession with intent to sell & deliver Sch IV, Possession of Sch VI, and Possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
- Joshua David Maxwell, age 25, of W 5th St in Rutherfordton, was arrested for failure to appear. He received a $10,500 secured bond.
- Casey Brandon Upton, age 37, of Debby Ln in Rutherfordton, was arrested for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
