  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of concealment of property and larceny by substitution of price.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired, possession of a concealed weapon and possession of an open container.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of disorderly conduct and communicating threats.
  • Nancy Swafford reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny of medication.
  • Deshae Jones reported an incident of assault on a child under 12 and communicating threats.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of indecent exposure.
  • Crystal Shrewsbury reported an incident of a recovered stolen vehicle.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana.

Arrests
  • Keytiada Tyshica Mont Cooke, age 29, of York, SC, was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant. She received a $150,000 secured bond.
  • Brandy Michelle Weeks, age 37, of Old Ballpark Rd. in Spindale, was cited for concealment of property and larceny by substitution of price. She received a written promise to appear.
  • George Lamont Hart, age 28, of Marshall St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $325 secured bond.
  • Michael Todd Boeder, age 31, of Arden, NC, was arrested for driving while impaired, possession of a concealed weapon and possession of an open container. He received a custody release.
  • Austin Tommy Mullinax, age 21, of Jackson St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for fraud, larceny and also cited for littering. He received a $7,000 secured bond.
  • Skylar Newton Johnson, age 18, of Frank Grigg Dr. in Shelby, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and expired registration. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Deshae Monique Jones, age 27, of Forest St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear, disorderly conduct and communicating threats. She received a $5,500 secured bond.
  • Marissa Kirby Jackson, age 21, of Lake Adger Rd. in Mill Spring, was cited for simple possession of marijuana. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Christopher Jordan Caulder, age 16, of Coopers Gap Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear and possession of marijuana. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
