A meeting facility that includes large meeting / dining room, sitting room, commercial kitchen and furnished patio. The facility will accommodate groups of 200 people with seating space for 135. The atmosphere is rustic with wood walls, ceiling and floor. A small stage area suitable for a small combo or DJ is located at the back of the meeting room. The patio opens out of the sitting room with steps leading from the patio to a large grassy, fenced back yard.
- Rental Fee is $ 150.00, plus a $ 100.00 refundable security deposit.
- Beer and / or wine is allowed at gatherings. There is a $ 35.00 per hour fee for an off-duty officer if alcohol will be consumed on premises.
