Incidents

• Thomas Brown reported an incident of damage to personal property.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule VI.

Arrests

• Justin Daniel Queen, age 30, of Stardust Circle in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing, impeding traffic and disorderly conduct. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• James Colby Smith, age 23, of Candace Dr. in Union Mills, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
• Nelson Cornwell Montgomery, age 61, of Seitz Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female and also charged with possession of marijuana. He received a 48 hour hold.
