Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of schedule III and possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrest of Isom)
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of found property.
• An employee of Carter Trust & Bank reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses and fraud.

Arrests

• Jonathan Lee Isom, age 34, of Prison Camp Rd. in Campobello, SC, was arrested for possession of schedule III and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Allen Richard Farrell, age 33, of E. Dixon Blvd. in Shelby, was arrested for driving while license revoked. He received an $800 secured bond.
• Harvey Eugene Harris Jr., age 32, of Cresent Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for communicating threats. He received a 48 hour hold.
• Gary Anthony Robbins, age 52, of Wilde Ave. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
