  • Rachel McFarland Padgett, age 43, of Hamrick Rd. in Mooresboro, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Bruce William Thompson, age 39, of Barbara St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
