Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear.
  • An employee of Mighty Dollar reported an incident of concealment of goods.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired.
  • Garland Shelton reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses and identity theft.
  • Michelle Greenlee reported an incident of an animal bite.

Arrests
  • Johnathon Dale McAbee, age 30, of Academy St. in Spindale, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Ashley Nicole Bailey, age 27, of Maryland St. in Spindale, was arrested for second degree trespassing. She received a $500 secured bond.
  • Kali Nicole Alexander, age 27, of Coral Dr. in Bostic, was cited for concealment of goods. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Keon Jamael Hamrick, age 33, of McArthur St. in Forest City, was served with a show cause order for failure to appear. No bond.
  • Akeil Kelis Omar Franklin, age 18, of Hill St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Logan Kyle Voris, age 26, of US Hwy 64, in Rutherfordton, was arrested for driving while impaired. He received a custody release.
  • Taylor Paige Stiles, age 20, of Stafford Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Joshua Kyle Lawter, age 34, of Polk County Line Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $4,000 secured bond.
