Incidents

• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of carrying a concealed weapon, fail to stop for lights and siren, and stoplight violation.
• Whittney McSwain reported an incident of larceny from a motor vehicle.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired.

Arrests

• Elizabeth Pruitt Biddix, age 52, of Andy Dr. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
• Jonathan David Pollock, age 35, of Andy Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
• Rahkim Tashiem Franklin, age 27, of Hill St. in Forest City, was cited for carrying a concealed weapon, fail to stop for lights and siren, and stoplight violation. He received a written promise to appear.
• Jaliyah Marie Foreman, age 23, of Harris Henrietta Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested on a warrant for assault and battery. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
• Jason Eric McCurry, age 46, of Old Henrietta Rd. in Forest City, was cited for driving while impaired and reckless driving. He received a written promise to appear.
