Incidents

• Patricia Smith reported an incident of second degree trespassing and violation of a domestic violence protection order.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of concealment of merchandise, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Estephani Juarez reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny and second degree trespassing.

Arrests

• Isaac Abraham Greene, age 50, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing and violation of a domestic violence protection order.
• Robert John Davidge, age 43, of Edgewood Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Derrick Alexander Davis, age 31, of Pepper Town Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for concealment of merchandise, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Angel Leeann Davis, age 24, of Pepper Town Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny. She received a $500 secured bond.
• Robert Thomas Craig, age 44, of E. Mountain St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
• Archie Carlton Miler, age 58, of Maryland Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny and second degree trespassing. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
