Incidents

• An employee of Wells Spring United Methodist Church reported an incident of breaking and entering and damage to property.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of second degree trespassing.
• Javan Greene reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.
• An employee of Rutherford County Board of Education reported an incident of breaking and entering and damage to property.

Arrests

• Shakara Simone Davis, age 28, of Southers Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for on a warrant for second degree trespassing and also charged with second degree trespassing. She received a $2,000 unsecured bond.
• Tyler Jordan Alford, age 24, of US 74 Business Hwy. in Ellenboro, was served with a criminal summons for possession of stolen property. No bond.
