Incidents
- Foy Jones reported an incident of breaking and entering, larceny and damage to property.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule III controlled substance. (See arrest of Keller)
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana. (See arrest of Bracey)
- Kimberly Summey reported two incidents of fraud.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of carrying a concealed weapon. (See arrest of Ervin)
- An employee of Quality Plus Gas House reported an incident of larceny of motor fuel.
Arrests
- Emily Hambrick Bracey, age 60, of Walnut Dr. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana. She received a written promise to appear.
- William Bradley Keller, age 28, of Pecks Trail of Hendersonville, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with possession of schedule III controlled substance. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
- Lynal Gray, Jr., age 52, of 1st St. in Forest City, was arrested for communicating threats and affray. He received a written promise to appear.
- James Michael Ervin, age 64, of James Ervin Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for communicating threats and also charged with carrying a concealed weapon. He received a $500 unsecured bond.
