Arrests

• D'Andre Jashaun Kelly, age 21, of Branch St in Mooresboro, was on a warrant for Failure to Appear. He received a $1500 secured bond.
• Tamara Jamese Greene, age 21, of Webb Church Rd in Ellenboro, was arrested for Simple Assault and Damage to Personal Property. She received a written promise to appear.
• Beatrice Garay, age 53, of W Liberty St in Forest City, was cited for Larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
