Incidents

• Diane Yelton reported an incident of damage to property.
• An officer of the Forest City reported an incident damage to property. (See arrest of Twyman)
• Tammy Raduege reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.

Arrests

• Daniel Brock Wallace, age 39, of E. Court St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Steven Anthony Twyman, age 31, of Windy Hill Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for damage to property. He received a $500 secured bond.
