The Foothills Library Consortium has partnered with local parks and museums to offer a limited number of free passes through the Zoom Pass program.

Participating attractions include: Chimney Rock State Park, KidSenses Children's Museum, North Carolina Arboretum, WNC Nature Center, Children's Museum of the Upstate, and Hands On! Children's Museum.

The Foothills Library Consortium is a cooperative made up of county and municipal libraries in Rutherford County, located in the foothills of North Carolina.

NC Cardinal is a consortium of North Carolina public libraries that share an online catalog and integrated library system (ILS), and share resources with other member libraries. The Foothills Library Consortium is part of the larger NC Cardinal consortium.
