Incidents

• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny. (See arrest of Peryear)
• William Bell reported an incident of larceny.
• Sophia Bartlett reported an incident of assault on a female and simple assault.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrest of Nunez)

Arrests

• Hertha Sabina Peryear, age 47, of Butler Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny/shoplifting. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
• Amber Starr Nunez, age 31, of Crowe Dairy Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
• David Shane Jennings, age 37, of Big Springs Ave. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
