Incidents

  • An employee of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrest of Hill)

  • An employee of West Main Automotive reported an incident of larceny by employee.

  • Connie Horne reported an incident of fraud.

  • Shirley Logan reported an incident of damage to personal property.

Arrests

  • Ellis Lynn Hill, age 25, of Hornmill Rd. in Union Mills, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received an $8,000 secured bond.

  • Derrick Keith Godfrey, age 32, of S. Broadway St. in Forest City, was served with a show cause order for failure to pay fines. No bond.
