153 Park Square, Forest City, NC

Ranked as the #1 Christmas Town in Western North Carolina by RomanticAsheville.com, the Town of Forest City is sure to bring a twinkle to your eye with over one million Christmas lights, horse drawn carriages, Santa at the Santa House, an ice-skating rink, and live music on Saturdays in December!

Please Note:  The Santa House and the ice skating rink have been relocated to the newly constructed Pavilion on Park Square (POPS) next to the Rutherford County Farmers Market.

Carriage rides are from 6PM-8:30PM - $10 for adults/$5 for kids. (Please Note: Carriage rides stop at 8:30PM, but we may have to end ticket sales early if the line is so long that it will take until 8:30PM for everyone to ride.) Ticket sales are not guaranteed to continue until 8:30PM - first come, first serve.  We do not take reservations. Cash only. Tickets will be sold at the ticket window at POPS (153 Park Square).  The line will snake through POPS and carriages will load near the fountain on Mill Street.

Ice-skating is 5PM-9PM and is just $8 per person, including skates. Visits with Santa are from 5PM-8:30PM and are free; however, donations are accepted and printed photos are $3.
