  • Dezani Arnell Dillard, age 17, of Seitz Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for of possession of a firearm by a minor, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of marijuana. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Ty'j Malik Cooks, age 17, of Ledbetter Rd. in Spindale, was cited for possession of marijuana and driving while license suspended. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Becky Lee Ray, age 36, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Timothy Todd Tallent, age 40, of Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • Carla Beheler Kiser, age 45, of Cherry Mtn. St. in Forest City, was arrested for shoplifting, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of schedule II, possession of schedule IV, possession of schedule VI, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
