  • Larry Cudd reported an incident of credit card fraud.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests
  • Brandon Scott Williams, age 27, of North St. in Rutherfordton, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
  • D'andre Jashaun Kelly, age 21 of Locust Trail in Mooresboro, was cited for possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Destiny Ann Murray, age 20, of Pleasant St. in Spindale, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Rashead Tashon Hamilton, age 22, of Wilkins St. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while license revoked. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Joseph Bradford Walker, age 30, of Beheler Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also served with a criminal summons for breaking and entering. He received a $350 cash bond.
  • Jackie Wyman Dobbins, age 59, of Twelve Oaks Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for communicating threats. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Jerrett Michael Mason, age 19, of Elm St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received an $8,000 secured bond.
  • Charles Aaron Parris, age 47, of Morningstar Lake Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and also served with a warrant for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Whitney Janel Byers, age 31, of Brooklyn Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 secured bond.
  • Tavon Allan Murray, age 30, of Old Caroleen Rd. in Mooresboro, was cited for possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.

  • James Edward Wright, age 68, of 2nd St. in Forest City, was arrested for resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer. He received a $500 secured bond.
