• Kelly Turner reported an incident of a runaway juvenile.

Arrests

• Carlos Javier Curojo Torres, age 43, of Second St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for three counts of failure to appear. He received a $20,000 secured bond.
• Jackie Wayne Tilley, age 38, of McBrayer Court in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for two counts of failure to appear. He received a $20,000 secured bond.
• Kelly Maurice Logan, age 40, of Springfield Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for non-payment of child support. He received a $1,500 cash bond.
• Pamela Bright Greene, age 62, of Holly Lane in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for communicating threats. No bond.
