Arrests

• Carla Shane Parker, age 19, of Dillashaw Dr. in Forest City, was cited for allowing an aggressive animal to run loose. She received a written promise to appear.
• Kali Nicole Alexander, age 27, of Doggett Rd. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
