  • Julianne Caroline Kramer, age 30, of Summey St in Forest City, was cited for shoplifting. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Brandy Lee Campbell, age 23, of N Broadway St in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Kandice Alyssa Shade, age 21, of Trout St in Forest City, was arrested for possession with intent to sell & deliver Sch VI, possession with intent to sell & deliver Sch II, possession of drug paraphernalia, Maintain dwelling for controlled substance, possession with intent to sell & deliver Sch II, sell & deliver a controlled substance within 300ft of school property. She received a $40,000 secured bond.
  • Julius Jay Williams, age 39, of Trout St in Forest City, was arrested for Assault, possession with intent to sell & deliver Sch VI, possession with intent to sell & deliver Sch II, possession of drug paraphernalia, Maintain dwelling for controlled substance, possession with intent to sell & deliver Sch II, sell & deliver a controlled substance within 300ft of school property, possession of a weapon by a felon. He received an $80,000 secured bond.

  • Greggory Stephen Owens, age 37, of Parr St in Mooresboro, was arrested for assault on a female. He received a 48 hr hold.
  • Amber Robbins Owens, age 29, of W Main St in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Catherine Ann Spencer, age 42, of Seitz Dr in Forest City was served a criminal summons for school attendance law violation. No Bond.
