  • Julie Nicole Moore, age 32, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Shannon Cassandra Givens, age 40, of Highview St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $5,000 unsecured bond.
  • Antonio Puga Munoz, age 30, of Willow Run Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired and no operator's license. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Brandon Wayne Condrey, age 22, of N. Broadway St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Keoshia Rashaudda Rudisill, age 22, of Hamilton St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $2,000 secured bond.
  • Joshua George Boheler, age 33, of Peach Tree Street in Rutherfordton, was arrested for resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Joseph John Hettrick, age 31, of Hines Rd. in Mooresboro, was served with a criminal summons for assault and battery. No bond.
  • Melony Coffey Bailey, age 53, of Amity Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for worthless checks. She received a written promise to appear.
  • David Terrence Thompson, age 56, of Ellenboro Henrietta Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for assault on a female and interfering with emergency communications. He received a $3,000 secured bond.
