Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of animal cruelty.
  • Christy Trull reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of violation of a domestic violence protection order.
  • Ricky Biggerstaff reported an incident of found property.

Arrests
  • Linkin Hart Odell, age 17, of Greasy Creek Rd. in Marion, was arrested on a warrant for second degree trespassing. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Kimberly Michelle Jarvis, age 46, of Tisdale St. in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession of schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of alcohol on a city street. She received a $500 secured bond.
  • Johnny Edward Moody, Jr., age 41, of Twelve Oaks Dr. in Forest City was arrested for violation of a domestic violence protection order. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
