Arrests
  • Denise Marie Morris, age 43, of Woodburn Circle in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession drug paraphernalia. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Heather Jill Dixon, age 37, of Hester Mill Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession drug paraphernalia. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Billy Joe Vance, age 48, of Pebblestone Lane in Rutherfordton, arrested for possession drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Henery Eugene Oaks, age 41, of Old Hwy 74 in Bostic, was arrested on a warrant for larceny. He received a $500 secured bond.
