Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and found property.
• James Means reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.

Arrests

• Tiare Gonzalez, age 40, of Collins Avenue in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for school attendance law violation. No bond.
• Donna Marie Makupson, age 52, of E. Spruce St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for school attendance law violation. No bond.
• William Shane Taylor, age 27, of Wells Drive in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $500 secured bond.
• Mary Elizabeth Laughter, age 38, of Byers Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $500 secured bond.
• Amy Godfrey Dobbins, age 40, of Golf Street in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Angela Dawn Watson, age 36, of Roberson Rd. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for school attendance law violation. No bond.
• Aries Dafreedom Imone Kee, age 20, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for communicating threats. He received a $500 secured bond.
• Cassandra Nicole Kite, age 35, of S. Broadway St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 secured bond.
