Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, no operator's license, and service of a true bill of indictment.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule III.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.

Arrests

• Andrew Robert Holloway, age 29, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested on a true bill of indictment and also charged with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, no operator's license. He received a $5,500 secured bond.
• Marcus Daniel Edwards, age 36, of Church St. in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. He received a $2,500 secured bond.

• Marcus Elton Wilkins II, age 31, of Crestview Dr. in Forest City, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
• Justin Todd Humphries, age 30, of Tiney Rd. in Bostic, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with possession of schedule III. He received a $3,000 secured bond.
• Keenan Jerel Ramsey, age 28, of young St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for assault on a female, communicating threats, damage to property and second degree trespassing. He received a 48 hour hold.
