  • Anthony Hunter Swink, age 24, of Pixie Lane in Bostic, was arrested for second degree trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia, served with three warrants for failure to appear and also served with a criminal summons. He received a $10,500 secured bond.
  • Travis Dale Ensley, age 22, of Ed Thompson Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for public consumption. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Paxton Layne Sappenfield, age 23, of Morningstar Lake Rd. in Forest City, was cited for public consumption. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Stephen Alexander Snider, age 23, of US Hwy 64 in Rutherfordton, was cited for public consumption. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Hazel Nicole McFarland, age 26, of Harper Valley Lane in Lake Lure, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility, possession of drug paraphernalia and larceny. She received a $15,000 secured bond.
  • Krystal Ann Weimer, age 30, of Spicewood Lane in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and larceny. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Jeremiah Deshawn Thompson, age 23, of Montebello Circle in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
