• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of driving while impaired.
• Anne Oakman reported an incident of lost or stolen property.

Arrests

• Stephanie Marie Taylor, age 35, of Wilson Dr. in Forest City, was cited for allowing a dog to run at large. She received a written promise to appear.
• Robert Michael Pruett, age 30, of Greenhill Ridge Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired. He received a written promise to appear.
• Shadarrett Lee Simmons, age 35, of Summer Slope Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $200 cash bond.
