Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession schedule IV. (See arrest of Emory)
• Janice Meeks reported an incident of larceny.
• Daquann Hamrick reported an incident of fraud.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession marijuana. (See arrest of Wilkins)

Arrests

• Harley Land Rice, age 24, of Bridge Rd. in Ellenboro, was cited for possessing an open container of an alcoholic beverage after drinking. He received a written promise to appear.
• Daven Marquezz Jimerson, age 22, of Dogwood Lane in Forest City, was cited for open container. He received a written promise to appear.
• Cory Michael Logan Tavernia, age 26, of Bostic Sunshine Hwy in Bostic, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $3,000 secured bond.
• Aaron Nathaniel Emory, age 23, of Sunnyside St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession schedule IV. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Juwan Rayford Tyner Jr., age 26, of Gold Medallion Dr. in Bostic, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $5,500 secured bond.
• O'Darren Rashawn Wilkins, age 23, of Mountain View Street in Forest City, was cited for possession marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
